To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Elvion Management or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, or personal injury. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the service or $1 USD, whichever is greater.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us.
